Shipping Info

We're dedicated to making sure everyone far and wide can get a hold of our goods.

  1. We ship orders Monday through Friday. We're closed on Thursday, November 26th, Friday, December 25th and Friday, January 1st.

  2. Most items leave our warehouse within one business day of being ordered.
    Some items might take a little longer, and we've done our best to put this on each item's page.

  3. Shipping is automatically calculated based on what you've ordered, how much it weighs and where you live.

  4. You'll get a chance to review shipping charges before you commit to ordering.

  5. If you need specific delivery arrangements, please let us know in the order notes.

USA-Bound Shipments

  1. Our Standard Shipping option for US-based addresses does not exceed $7 no matter how much you order.
    There are some items that are excluded due to their size, weight, packaging required or one-of-a-kind works of art. Each item page lists if the item can be shipped using our Standard Shipping.

  2. Orders sent with our $7 Standard Shipping normally arrive in 3-9 days, packing time included. Orders headed to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US territories travel by ground and sea and take two weeks or more; choose Priority Mail if you need it sooner.

  3. If you need your shipment faster, we also offer Priority Mail (normally 3-5 days) and Express Mail options during checkout.

  4. We can and will ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  5. We mostly use the United States Postal Service for all our shipping, but can use UPS where it makes sense at our discretion.

  6. Pickup in Portland is available if you'd like to come get your order at our warehouse, 3925 N Mississippi Ave, Portland OR 97227. We're open Noon–5pm, Monday–Friday, apart from the closure dates above. We will let you know when your order is ready to pick up.

International Shipping

  1. We can and will ship to all countries.

  2. Shipping internationally can be expensive, and we've done our best to find the lowest rates possible.

  3. Due to time spent clearing customs, some international shipments can arrive in as little as a week, others take as many as five.

  4. International shipments may be subject to import taxes or custom fees, and unfortunately, we can not predict if these may apply or when they'll be charged. Customers are responsible for these fees.
