About Us & Contact Information
We’re a small operation located in Portland, Oregon. We started back in 1999 in Olympia, Washington as a way to help our friends sell their awesome handmade items online, and have since grown to have a lot more friends from all over the world. We both distribute and publish a variety of goods from amazing artists.
Contacting Us
The easiest, quickest way to reach us is by email at support@buyolympia.com. You can reach our office to leave voicemail at 503-477-5704.
Please note: we are unable to take orders by phone.
We’re often not at our desks — instead we’re in the warehouse packing orders. We really recommend emailing instead of calling, as we’ll be able to serve you better, and often quicker.
