Native Plants Use Less Water
Outdoor Garden Sign

The Victory Garden of Tomorrow is a project of J. Wirtheim and his tiny, eco-friendly studio in Portland, Oregon.

It makes sense that native plants have adapted to their local environment, especially in respect to rainfall—or the lack thereof. As irrigation becomes more problematic, native plants already adapted to the environment will thrive where non-natives would need too much support.

In this sign, we draw awareness to the purpose of native plants, which in turn activates the purpose of our landscapes. Whether that landscape is in an urban, sub-urban or rural setting, native plants are easier to maintain.

Garden Signs from the V.G.o.T. are designed to engage your neighbors and increase attention toward the health, vitality and enjoyment of your outdoor spaces.
