We mainly ship our products via the United States Postal Service. This way, we can ship to all 50 states, PO Boxes, military mail addresses, and internationally. Our shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the items being shipped.
Standard Mail is available on select products and averages about a week delivery time though it can take as long as 14 days. We will either send Parcel Post or Media Mail or FedEx/UPS Ground depending on the items that are ordered and the delivery addreess.
Priority Mail is available on all products and averages 2-3 day delivery time.
Express Mail is available on all products and is guaranteed a maximum delivery time of 2 days, often 1 day, including Saturdays.
Pickup in Portland is available if you'd like to come pickup your order in our Portland warehouse, located at 3925 N Mississippi Ave, Portland OR 97227. We will let you know when your order is ready to pickup.
IMPORTANT NOTE
All delivery times are not inclusive of the time it takes to assemble and pack your order. In other words, these are the estimated delivery times AFTER your order has left our warehouse.
All International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International when available and should take around 7-21 days to arrive. However, due to customs clearance, orders can take a little longer. You are responsible for all duties, fees and taxes that may be charged by your country.
